1to1Real™ is the brainchild of CMAEON’s CEO and Chief Strategy Officer and serial entrepreneur Tim Vasko, who while taking a sabbatical from business, taught as a founding Professor of the Entrepreneurship and Business Technology Program at the University of Victoria.  From personal experience and academic research conducted with many business owners, Vasko discovered that entrepreneurial businesses systematically lacked the ability to integrate technology to engage with their customers and cultivate opportunities.

“It became very apparent to me, that entrepreneurs and their staff were so busy running their companies, they did not have time to actually map their most successful processes that helped expand their businesses. In my research I discovered that this problem was particularly endemic in businesses with processes that were more complex than simple buy-sell transactions between them and their customers. So I set out to invent a solution based on technology and the internet that would give entrepreneurs with limited resources a way to multiply and maximize their time and efforts, with minimal cost and measurable rewards,” said Vasko.
