Timothy Vasko
Chief Strategy Officer/Chief Executive Officer
Tim is the chief strategy officer, CEO and the founder of CMAEON, 1to1Real™ and the Connected Market Coach™. His 30 years of experience in business and entrepreneurship span various industries, including healthcare and real estate. Tim has also worked as a professor of entrepreneurship and business at the University of Victoria and Royal Roads University.
Tim is a prolific speaker and has spoken at various events worldwide, including the Research in Motion (Blackberry) Conference in Amsterdam, The Quest Government Health and Technology Annual Conference in Ottawa, and the International Information Technology Conference in Costa Rica.
Rod Olafson
Chief Technology Officer
Rod is CMAEON’s CTO, and is in charge of the strategic software architecture and overall technical direction of the company. He has over 27 years of international experience in the programming and technology sector, engineering various solutions for platforms in private industry and government sectors.

Creative Architect
As CMAEON's Creative Architect, Tyler and his team are responsible for website development, design and corporate branding for CMAEON and our companies.
Tyler has over 10 years experience in technology and marketing, and is also an award winning artist and photographer.
Sherri Steinbeck
Chief Operating Officer
A leader in the Medical Imaging field for over 30 years before joining CMAEON, Sherri has a wealth of management and administrative experience. As a member of several trauma committees and a volunteer with the AHRA (American Healthcare of Radiology Administrators), improving patient the safety, quality and experience of patient care is one of her driving passions.
